... I am blessed ...

I am a commuter from Magelang to Jogja..

From Monday to Thursday, I stay at Jogja as freelance programming & lab's assistant. Half of my soul always in there. Half rest is in Magelang, my hometown. From Thursday to Sunday, I rock with my family at my home sweet home and work in office as a developer & programmer on Friday & Saturday. I am grateful for 4th part of my life, because some people are jealous with me.

Remember this, if there are people *talking* about you, you should believe this:

they are jealous with us, so you're so lucky, you have more than them, be thankful :D

This is my positive learning, positive better than negative, right?

In some reason, I must go to Jogja on Tuesday..

I ran out of travel tickets. Some appointments were unclear. I stuck on my family.

So, i choose to go with my aunties, they always go to Jogja at 5:30 am.

The third reason have a great impact for me. I am not willing to leave my lovely family. Yes, I am mama's girl and papa's girl too.. It's hard to me for leaving my home in a long distance, even for a moment. When I should prepare or packing time, my mood always bad, temper one :(

But, these is the special one..

When the time is right, and I must to leave from my home, these reasons make me comfortable than before:

>> I always say goodbye to each member of family, and they will remind me everything..

>> Daddy would lead me to the office's travel, and on the way, he will share his advice

>> Simbok would accompany me until in front of my house, and she will go in when I really leaving

Again, I am grateful..

connecting XAMPP with Oracle

Usually, we find System or Software that use Apache server, MySQL database and PHP programming language. All of them have been integrated into 1 package, that we knew as XAMPP. XAMPP is great, huh?

Then, I had a new experience to run system that used Apache server, PHP script and Oracle database. I've been using XAMPP 1.7.1, and I didn't want to install another Apache server. And I used Oracle Database 10g XE.

The problem was : how can we integrate XAMPP with Oracle database ?

These are some configurations you should set ::

• open php.ini
• set register_global ON
• set short_open_tag ON
• uncomment extension = php_oci8.dll
• uncomment extension = php_oracle.dll
• don't forget to save the change on php.ini
• then, rename these 3 files :: oci.dll, ociw32.dll and orannzsbb10.dll in \xampp\php and \xampp\apache\bin
• restart the server

Tadaaa, you have successfully set it..

... day two ...

Early morning

Each one of us woke up for preparing the day. Took a bath, watch tv, enjoy snack and made some exciting planning too. We were so enthusiastic, the new journey had been waiting for us.

First breakfast.. Breakfast first..

The natural instincts said: you must eat, you must eat.. So, we decided to go to traditional market on the top of Kaliurang. We chose a place that looked clean and large, large enough to accommodate us for playing UNO as usual, he3.. Then, we orderer some food, like fried rice, sate kambing and soto sapi. Nothing special about the breakfast, because lots of place were selling the same menu..

What is next?

We went to Telaga Putri. Along the way to the entrance gate, we heard some sellers said: "peanuts for monkey.. peanuts for monkey....". Monkey is same as luthung (Indonesia's term), and luthung is human ancestors. So, I heard this statement repeated many times: peanuts for monkey.. peanuts for luthung.. peanuts for YOU.... kwkwkwkw *gojek kere mode on*

After entering the gate, we saw a pool with a little fountain. At first time, I didn't know, why it located on the beginning place. Hmmmmmm, just decoration only..

Then, we continued our journey. There were 3 path, left, middle, and right, we chose the middle one. I was surprised when lots of visitor were going home from our path. Were we lost? I hope not..

My guess was wrong, when we saw some monkeys roam freely (from this point i would call monkey as luthung). Luthungz were everywhere, they climbed trees, searched some food and gathered with their community. Unfortunately, the presence of visitors interfered their natural life. Luthungz always seeking food from food scraps and the environment became dirty with garbage. Again, the human were shifted balance of the nature.

Telaga Putri's Waterfall

Not far from the place we saw luthung, we saw a beautiful waterfall called Telaga Putri's Waterfall. And in front of us, there was a group of tourist (maybe from UGM) that took photos there. A small place that very crowded..

The waterfall looked great when we saw it from a distance. But, when we came closer, the underneath pool looked dirty. Again and again, human were the main man.

Gardu Pandang

Next, we decided to follow a group from UGM, climbed the ladder series. We didn't know where we went, we just knew that there was a way. Here began our great journey..

It was a long and heavy journey I ever had, because the zig zag's path from bottom to the top. The ladder series composed of rocks, and it sometimes slippery. It need full or even extra attention to walk step by step. This "deadly path" had made a victim, Anix. She looked exhausted, pale, refused us to speak even though complain too. We worried about her, because she always behind us. I had cold sweats too. Oups, it was a bad omen for me, so I decided to focus on mine first.

Gardu Pandang was our destination. It is a kind of tower view made of steel structure, it consist of 3 floors. How pity were we.. The Gardu Pandang was untreated, lots of rust, damaged stairs. I can't and I didn't want to go to the highest floor, I was scary when I climbed to second floor. Scary Tower....

After we came to Gardu Pandang, we knew that we would back to the start point, so we felt lighter than before.. Yihaaa~~~ The back's trip was very brief and great. We took some picture there, in a place that i called "ijo-ijo". "Ijo" means green, it was green like a jungle. Lots of smile there, Anix's smile to, ha3....

Welcome back to the fountain :D

Now, I knew it's function.. Water made us refreshed after exhausted from long journey. I love fountain much, the water made me alive.

Packing time

Like Cinderella's Story, it's almost 12 o'clock, so we must back to lodging house for preparing ours for going home.

Our departure time was accompanied by rain again. I thought, the rain love us :D

refreshing to kaliurang (part 2)

... day one ...

Our start point is from Andrew's house, he was the driver of our journey

Then, we (me, Hernawan, Bayu & Andrew) went to Anix's house to pick up her, because it is in the middle of our trip, Jogja - Jalan Magelang (Anix's house in here) - Kaliurang. From this moment, Anix became our guide, she did duet with Andrew :P because she often travels from Jogja to Kaliurang, actually she is the native one too..

Jogja's sky as bright as our hearts.. But, Kaliurang's sky didn't....

So, we decided to check in on our lodging house first. Then, we played UNO and bridge card too, plus had some snack. While waiting for the rain to stop, we were "warming up" for a moment.. Was it weirdo warming up? Of course not, because lots of energy explored with playing cards, chatting, laughing and joking. This is our habits, our moments :)

Although it was still raining, we decided to go out, to find our first food

We knew that there was Sate's seller in front of the lodging house, so we walked to get there, with 2 umbrellas too just in case.. Rainy day.. Umbrella.. I was reminded a right song about it, Bonnie Pink - Its Gonna Rain.. *singing* ciao~~ ciaooo~~~~

We are so lucky, we still got Sate Ayam n Sate Kambing there

Psst.. psssst.... From the first time, the seller said that Sate is out to buyers before us, xixixi.... While waiting for Sate, we started our habbits, playing UNO card until we had our supper (rock). I think Sate Kambing more delicious than Sate Ayam, because we felt more warmer and enthusiastic.

The next quest: looking for firewood

We continued to look for firewood right behind the lodging house. Adventurers travels by walking there.. Unfortunately, firewood still wet because of the rain. We must went back to lodging house, then we drove to a more distant. We got enough dry firewood for the night (yahoo)

Burning mode on - version 1

When we got to lodging house, we decided immediately to make some roasted corns. First at all, we started to make the camp fire. But, it started raining again, so we cancelled our planning.. Not a bad effort, we still protected the camp fire for later. Yeap, we waited for the rain to stop with playing UNO again.

Burning mode on - version 2

We started "bebaqaran" event, when the rain had not really stopped, he3.. Boys prepared the camp fire again, whereas girls prepared corns and seasonings. I called "a lovely roasted corn", because we roasted with joy n love. Additional bonus were 5 natural elements: Fire for the fire itself, Water for the rain, Earth for corn that felt to ground, Wood for the firewood and Wind for wind of the night. Yummy.. yummy.... I am really a sweet corn lovers..

Then, what did we do ?

Remember, from the first time we came to lodging house until this chapter, I didn't mention the "bath" word, because all of us didn't take a bath (rofl).. We just cleaned up ourself from bebaqaran event, then we gathered to family room again.

Playing UNO and bridge cards. Snack time. Watching tv. It was time to relax.. We also did small party, Brem's Party. Brem is traditional drink from Bali, brought by Bayu. I didn't like it, but i must drank to make my body warm.

Tea pot & dinner time

Because the cold atmosphere in Kaliurang, we must kept our body warm. Eating is the right solution, kwkwkwkw....

We drove to a place called tea pot to have dinner. We ordered fried rices, fried noodles and some tea pot too. Tea pot is hot tea that served with clay tools (cup & pot). No sugar, but with lump sugar. Sometimes, traditional one is more interesting. We waited our dinner with playing UNO too..

It was a great night, because the rain came down again, while we enjoyed playing UNO and tea pot time..

Last chapter of day one

After dinner, we back to lodging house. We gathered in family room and watching tv. I was interested when I found Twins Effect 1 in Indosiar. This film always make me stunned. Twin's first film, consist of action, drama, comedy film.. Unconsciously, we stunned and watched together until the movie finished.

Then we decided to end day one with a big sleep :D

Finally,

i had a chance to take a vacation with my "Big Famz"

Yeap, after much discussion, we decided to go to Kaliurang on our little holiday..

Who were WE ?

I always say that, I love my society around me. My Big Famz is one of them, and the special one. This is Indonesian statement which refers to our relationship (i can't translate it): "Lebih baik hubungan yang apa adanya, daripada ada apanya..". Be wise, people :D

The Big Famz are Me, Hernawan, Andrew, Emi as Mamii, Bayu and dex Anix as my lil'sista. Unfortunately, Mamii Emi couldn't join us, because she must to go to Singapore with her parents, huhuhu.. But, the vacation must go on..

Why we chose Kaliurang ?

We just want to take a little break from our daily activity. Refreshing time with people that we loved. I'm sure, it was a great time..

We stayed 2 days and a night in a lodging house. It consist of: 2 bedrooms with its bathroom and multi-function family room that we used for had a snack time, "gojek kere", playing card n UNO card, watching tv, and get-togethers.

And why I called our little holiday ?

All of the member of big famz were graduated. Some of us back to his/her city. Several of us also have worked to another city. We have different responsibility too. The world has change, huh..

Honestly, it is difficult to make us together. But, because of that strong reason, we miss to get-togethers again.

cap cay luthungz

... it's now or neva ...

Previously..

I forgot to write my journey about Culinary on Wednesday afternoon. And I am posting now, because I still remember every moments that happened on that day.

Starting from incident Saturday afternoon on office, I set my status's plurk: "Office's dishes are great, because its remind us to live close to the people". It was Cap Cay Jawa, a simple Cap Cay that made you never forget it.

I didn't know why, people around me immediately asked me to treat for Cap Cay. Some of them, I called them Anti-Lutungz and I was the Luthungz, they started to post about Cap Cay Luthungz @ Rumah Makan Baru, ha3..

At first, I refused it, but I have planned since the beginning, so it doesn't matter to me.

How about the rainy day ?

I think this was the best part on that day. At first, we planned to walk to Rumah Makan Baru, near Duta Wacana. So, I said ~~it's cancel.. it's cancel.. it's cancel because the heavy rainy~~. And no need to guess anymore, kho penguin became our driver (lol).

Who were join with me ?

Me, of course (remember Cap Cay Luthungz). My new queen, bu Othie. A couple of criminal, kho yuan and cie niken. My new guests, kho willy (penguin) and kho antonius. Most of them are Anti-Luthungz that always toy the Luthungz, hikz....

But I'm very myself, no worried at all :)

What were the menu ?

Fried Cap Cay (accordance with the title) and Fu Yung Hay. Not too bad.. (I am egg's lovers)

Psst, psssssst, Cap Cay Magelang is the best. Magelang's people always say the same thing. I'm affraid if they hear like that, and I can't imagine, what happen next..

I love that moments..

Chatting, sharing, gossiping and having lunch together..

I feel lucky to know each of them. And I realized that my life filled with cool people. Because there is no "distance" between us, and it make me give thanks every time.
